Madonna is pictured with David in Malawi, yesterday. There have been reports that she plans to adopted a 3-year-old girl named Grace. Her agent told The Source last night that Madonna had not even met Grace and that she "has no plans to adopt her or any other children".After spending some US 3 million on an orphan day care centre in Mphandula, she attended its opening this week where hundreds of children sang hymns and performed dances for her.
