Nelly Furtado Wins Big at Junos

Not only was Nelly Furtado chosen to host the Canadian music extravaganza in Saskatoon, she also won three Junos yesterday -- fan choice, single of the year for Promiscuous and album of the year for Loose.

With the three wins, the internationally famous Ms. Furtado swept the five categories for which she was nominated. On Saturday night, when the majority of the awards were presented, Ms. Furtado also won the artist and pop album of the year categories. On September 20, 2003 in Toronto, Furtado gave birth to a daughter, Nevis.

Vocal jazz album of the year From this Moment On went to Diana Krall. Her and husband Elvis Costello welcomed twin boys, Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James on Dec. 6,2006.
